Technical Lead - Java
Location: Bangalore, India
Requirements: Must have a CS degree. 5+ years HANDS-On past experience in software development and architecture. More than 3 yrs experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, package implementation and/or interactive design and architecture experience. Java skills must include JMX (Java Management Extensions), JMS (Java Messaging Service), web Services, RMI (Remote Method Invocations). 4+ years in Enterprise Java (J2EE), which should include Enterprise Java Beans, JSP, Servlets and JDBC. 2+ years in the following Application Servers, Database Engines and Operating Systems: IBM WebSphere, BEA WebLogic, JBoss, Oracle, Linux, Windows. 1+ years web Services development which should include SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, XML and XSD schema validation
Responsibilities:Will be leading a technical team.
Experience: Must be proficient in design patterns and pattern-oriented software development including design of frameworks and APIs. Full Software Lifecycle Experience including version control release management, all aspects of testing (unit testing, integration testing, performance testing) and development methodologies
Other Skills:C/C++, JINI, WBEM, SNMP, LDAP
Good to Have: Knowledge of the .NET platform (for cross-team interaction)
